The house was built in the 30s of the last century, ceiling height 4m, 2nd floor. Last year, the apartment underwent a major overhaul: all Bosch appliances in the kitchen, Grohe plumbing in the bathroom, furniture from the French designer Gautier, underfloor heating throughout the apartment. The balcony is not glazed, but is completely curled with grapes, which makes it an open, cozy terrace at any time of the year.
